Its sometimes just not appropriate to rub brown ink or black paint over everything...
Not when you have a photo of this little sweetie to work with....So, when you can't rub brown ink all over, try coloured ink! (Here I used Bundled Sage and Tattered Rose Distress Inks over the white embossed words) Here's a closer look:Some Observations:
1. Stamping with grey ink on kraft cardstock is nice...
2. I love the little sparrow....real sparrows are very cute in real life too.
3. Pink and teal look nice together.
Fussy cutting.....pink layouts.....Hmmm very uncharacteristic....don't worry, dirty inky messy Sharon is still in here somewhere. I'm very sure she'll be back soon (with a vengeance!)
Sweet LO!
ReplyDeleteSharon, you can do Pink afterall, it's just a matter of choice :P
Yes, fussy cutting and pink is very un-Sharon. In fact, it's more me! muahaha! Love your layout, especially the stamping and inking. :) And teal and pink IS very nice.
