Bye bye Wheelock Place:
You saw our beginnings... (sorry Laine and Iver, couldn't find your aprons!)
I will miss the little piece of sky I get to see through the classroom windows
and the sound of the shutters lifting in the mornings.
Most of all, I will miss the special Laine's 'feel' (and smell!)
Bye bye, Wheelock Place...and thanks for the
We'll be taking a while to move out so there'll be a moving sale and lots of packing to do over the next few weeks. ReplyDeleteI will miss Laines at Wheelock. I remember your first shop, the little one that took over from the Lingerie shop. I remember the scent of the place. And the table in the middle of the shop where you demonstrated the first die cut machine. And where Sharon showed me how to use a circle cutter. Aahhh... memories. :D
ReplyDeleteYes me too! Wheelock is not going to be the same anymore. The scrapbooking smell will be greatly missed. And I love the sky too! But all good things will come to an end in preparation for better things in life! I'm sure the new home will be brilliant with the same if not better smell!
ReplyDeletetotally know what you meant when you spoke about the sky and the smell. I love PM and all too... but it just isn't the same as Laines. Was just telling Jaz how I love the sunlight coming into the classroom too! :(
